Early Childhood Staffing partners with an absence management system to provide clients with a complete staffing solution and faster results. Our absence management system is the technology where clients can enter their vacancies and substitutes can accept assignments.

Early Childhood Staffing provides training courses substitutes must take to best prepare them to work with students in a classroom. Additionally, we offer a variety of professional development courses online to build their skills in areas of early childhood education.

Does Early Childhood Staffing run background checks on their substitutes?

Yes, we run a background check during the onboarding process through DHS’s background study portal. We only place substitutes after we’ve received a clearance letter.
