Our hiring process is almost completely online!
1. Complete an online application by clicking Apply Now.
2. Once your application is submitted, our Onboarding team will review and reach out to you for an interview.
3. After the interview, we will provide instruction for you to complete necessary new hire paperwork, applicable trainings/orientation as well as obtain any required education or certification documents. ECS will also submit a criminal background check.
4. Once we receive the background check clearance letter from DHS, you are hired!
No! We require a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. We provide guidance on how to become qualified for each qualification per DHS. No education degree is needed!
We pride ourselves on offering flexible opportunities, so we do not require a regular hourly or daily commitment. However, you must work at least 8 shifts a month to remain active in our system.
We offer weekly pay, bonuses and incentives, online professional development opportunities, and insurance options for those who qualify. More detailed information will be provided upon hire.
Pay rates vary based on your qualification which we will help you determine during the onboarding process. We pay weekly for the previous week's work.
That's great! We enjoy introducing new talent to our schools. Early Childhood Staffing employees are not under contract and are eligible for hire at any time. Please contact us when hired so we can assist with the transition process.
